livepainting – Festival Lire sur la Sorgue

A lively and acclaimed work on stage

Performed live during the three days of the Lire sur la Sorgue festival, this performance took the form of a large canvas painted in front of the audience. Each gesture was inspired by the atmosphere of the place, the encounters, and the words shared during the readings and discussions.
A special feature of this work is that the names of all the authors who have participated in previous editions have been included in the drawing, creating a symbolic link between the years and the voices that have shaped the history of the festival.

Presented on stage during the closing ceremony, the canvas became a colorful testament to a festival where art and literature come together in a single creative movement.
