maddam

lines, hearts, and controlled chaos

.bio

Born in the south of France in 1986, Maddam grew up surrounded by rap and urban arts.

Fascinated by Mondrian's clean lines and Keith Haring's tormented universe, Maddam has found her own style, combining curves and characters hidden in black and white swirls.

Through her creations, she mesmerizes those who lose themselves in her vision of the infinitely large and the infinitely small.

From the smallest canvas to the gigantic wall, his gesture and technique adapt, like a whisper to a shout. Form and background respond to each other and engage in an uninterrupted dialogue.

The conversation continues between the outside and the inside: the murals on the street feed off the cocoon of her studio, a laboratory of ideas. Maddam is multifaceted, hypersensitive, always on a tightrope, on the border between reality and imagination. Constantly searching for balance.

Her creations invite us to lose ourselves in order to find ourselves again: an organized chaos where the eye wanders and then finds its way. The symbol of the strong heart, the common thread running through her work, recalls vital energy, the strength of connection, and the courage to be oneself. Pluralistic, hypersensitive, always walking a tightrope, Maddam seeks balance: between raw gestures and composition, emotion and structure.

A strong heart, at the center of the lines,
to express gentle strength.
